My name is Sara Nicole Yang.
My life is carried by curiosity, everyday stories, and a couple cups of tea each morning. I try to spend time equally in new places & standing still.
My work centers around healing, storytelling, and design for an equitable and liberatory world. I’ve served as a research lead, design & product strategist, and visual documentarian across the US, East & West Africa, Asia, and Latin America. I’m currently exploring ancestral storytelling as a medium for healing and systems change, and filming KUNIMORI. IO Studio is my home for independent and freelance work.
